PandaiBesi is run by its founder, Ottmar Daud. This page explains what data we handle and why. Questions go to ottmar@pandaibesi.dev.

This website

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, which keeps standard server logs such as IP addresses for security. See GitHub's privacy statement.

When you email us

If you write to book a demo or join the test, we use your name, email address and what you tell us about your restaurant only to reply and to set up your test. We do not sell or share it. Mail to pandaibesi.dev is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing.

The product

• PandaiBesi reads public posts that anyone can find by searching on TikTok, Instagram Reels, X and Threads. It never asks for your social media logins.
• For each post it keeps the caption, the public account name, the link, the view count and when it was found, plus the labels it reads from the caption.
• Posts are shown only to the restaurant they are about, during the private test.
• If you posted something and want it removed from PandaiBesi, email us the link and we will delete it.

Deleting your data

Restaurants in the test can ask us at any time to delete their setup and all posts collected for them. We confirm by email when it is done.
